Why exterior paint fails in Punjab
Three failure modes account for almost every peeling exterior wall in Jalandhar:
- Interior paint used outside. Interior emulsion has no UV or alkali resistance. On exterior render it chalks and washes away within a season or two.
- Painting over damp. Render holds water after the monsoon. A coating applied over it traps that moisture, and the failure appears as blistering from the inside out.

If the algae keeps returning, the shade and drainage around the wall is the real problem and worth fixing.
Do you handle upper floors and scaffolding?
Yes. Scaffolding is quoted as a line item rather than hidden in the rate, because a ground-floor boundary wall and a third-floor elevation are not the same job. You will see the scaffolding cost separately on your quote.
